A modern-day chuckwagon, SmokeWood is a mobile restaurant offering western fare with flair amid the outdoor splendor of the Wasatch mountains.

Serving rotating menus of Texas-style craft barbecue, wood-grilled specialties, and Tex-Mex border classics on
Friday evenings this summer at the Lodge’s Gracie’s Farm in Wanship and at the Blue Sky Lodge on select summer holidays.
